The Mysterious Contract Part 2 Next Day, The sun dipped low on the horizon, casting a warm golden hue across the meadow. Children played by the stream, their laughter filling the air. Spring had arrived in the quaint village of Helcross, bringing with it a sense of renewal and the promise of new beginnings.
